We are seeking a talented and experienced BI Engineering Manager to lead and optimize our Business Intelligence (BI) engineering team. This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by overseeing the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of BI tools and technologies, and a strategic mindset to align BI initiatives with business goals., * Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in BI engineering or related roles, with 2+ years in a managerial or team lead position.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling; preferred to have familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Leadership: Proven track record in managing and mentoring a team, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects using methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
