Job description
We are looking for a versatile and autonomous AI Solutions Analyst & Engineer to join a Life Digital Solutions team within a Program Management environment. The team drives digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on adopting and implementing artificial intelligence solutions across the business.
This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, AI engineering, and product delivery. You will play a key role in delivering GenAI-powered solutions, including enterprise-grade chatbot applications based on LLM technologies. You will collaborate closely with internal AI experts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end delivery., * Lead the delivery of AI and GenAI projects from discovery to rollout and continuous improvement
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable backlog items
- Design, build, and optimize LLM-based solutions (prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, workflows)
- Collaborate with AI, data, and IT teams to ensure scalable and secure implementations
- Define and execute testing strategies (golden datasets, regression, safety testing)
- Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, including quality, cost, and latency
- Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer assets
- Promote AI awareness and adoption within the organization

Professional Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Product Delivery, or Solution Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM-based solutions
- Proven experience delivering conversational AI or chatbot solutions end-to-end
- Experience in regulated environments is a strong plus
- Strong experience in prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks
- Experience working in Agile environments
Technical Skills
- Microsoft 365 and Copilot
- Data and reporting tools (Power BI, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake)
- Programming: Python, SQL
- Experience with LLM and GenAI technologies
Functional Expertise
- Understanding of operational workflows and translating them into practical solutions
- Experience with Agile delivery practices (user stories, backlog management, acceptance criteria)
- Strong experience in testing AI systems:
- Designing test suites (golden sets, regression, adversarial testing)
- Defining evaluation metrics (accuracy, groundedness, response quality)
- Monitoring and logging performance metrics
Languages
- Fluent in Dutch or French, with good knowledge of the other language
- Good command of English
Nice to Have
- Experience in insurance or financial services
