Job description
This role requires the candidate to be based out of Madrid, Spain. Technical Lead Responsibilities Technical Expertise: Lead projects following the iMMERSIVE project methodology. Devise and develop the solution design and architecture including data migration. Solution design - help design business processes and business processes automations based on Salesforce Platform. Configuration - Develop business requirements and functional designs. Build - Build integration jobs based on instructions and pre-established guidelines from a Technical Lead. Build and/or implement customer/public facing web-based user interfaces. Demo - Demonstrate the solution to the client at regular intervals during the build. Code Share - Facilitate code sharing and control by regularly submitting code to concurrent version system repository. Mentoring - Help grow future talent by coaching and providing development opportunities. Testing - Support unit testing, system testing, and acceptance testing activities. Review - Review the build work for more junior members of the team and help them to get the build up to iMMERSIVE's standards. Travel- A willingness to travel as and when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM subject preferred. 4 + years' experience in a development role. Experience writing well-documented code in Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, Lightning. Experience in the complete life cycle of project development (SFDC) including Release Management Testing, and Deployment. Ability to understand security concepts and solutions of components. GIT experience. SFDX experience. Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification. System and Data Integration experience. Deep real-world Force.com integration deliveries experience of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments such as HTTP/HTTPS, JSON/XML, RESTful/SOAP Webservices, Java, C++, and ASP. Exposure to development on platforms outside of Salesforce (e.g. AWS / MuleSoft). Nice to have Experience with both Sales and Service Cloud. Salesforce Identity experience (SSO, OAuth). Agentforce, MuleSoft, Revenue, FSL, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, FSL a bonus. Salesforce Domain Architect: Certified Application or System Architect. Technical Lead Business Skills Communication - Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
