Job description

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data quality, product analytics, and marketing performance, ensuring that data is accurate, consistent, and actionable across platforms.

  • Design KPI models and build dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Sigma
  • Validate analytics tracking across GA4, GTM, and data warehouse environments
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, ensuring end-to-end data integrity
  • Develop automated data validation and QA processes using SQL and Python
  • Reconcile metrics across BI tools, CRM systems, and marketing platforms
  • Analyze product and marketing data to generate actionable insights
  • Document QA processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in product, growth, or marketing environments

  • Strong experience with SQL and working with large datasets

  • Experience with Python (Pandas or similar) for data analysis or validation

  • Familiarity with GA4, GTM, or digital tracking frameworks

  • Experience building dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar

  • Understanding of data quality processes, validation, and data reconciliation

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Advanced English level

  • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)

  • Familiarity with dbt or data transformation tools

  • Exposure to experimentation or product analytics

  • Experience with tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or CDPs

  • Knowledge of governance tools or data quality frameworks

  • A detail-oriented profile with a strong focus on data accuracy and consistency

  • A proactive and analytical mindset

  • Someone comfortable working across teams and translating data into insights

  • A structured and organized professional who enjoys solving complex data challenges
