Job description
- Creating, maintaining and improving the quality, structure, and consistency of operational data in line with defined standards.
- Supporting the implementation and adherence to data management and data governance rules within the Operations area.
- Performing data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to support reporting and business decision-making.
- Working with SAP data structures, understanding dependencies and impacts across systems.
- Preparing reports and dashboards using Power BI and supporting analytical needs of stakeholders.
- Cooperating with IT, Supply Chain, and other functions to ensure reliable and well-maintained data.
- Identifying data issues and proposing practical, incremental improvements to data processes and ways of working.
- Supporting data-related initiatives and projects from an operational and specialist perspective.
Requirements
The Master Data Specialist is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and governance of accurate and consistent master data to support manufacturing operations. You have solid experience working with data and a strong focus on quality, structure, and consistency . In this hands-on role, you will support improvements and standardization of operational data to enable reporting and process efficiency across Operations. The position offers a clearly defined specialist scope, operational ownership, and exposure to international teams, within an established data governance framework., For this position we are looking for a new member of the team that takes responsibility for the scope of work and which like to collaborate with stakeholders within the organisation.
- Have 3-5+ years of experience working with data in Operations, Supply Chain, IT, BI, or a similar area.
- Have a good practical understanding of data management principles (data quality, standards, validation, maintenance).
- Have hands-on experience with SAP, including working with master or transactional data.
- Have experience with Power BI and are familiar with data environments.
- Are comfortable working with data on a daily, operational level, while understanding the broader business context.
- Communicate well with stakeholders and can explain data topics in a clear, practical way.
- Speak English and is comfortable working with international teams.
- Are well organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving data-related problems.

- A full-time position (40 hours per week);
- The salary for this position ranges between € 2850,- and €3550,- gross per month based on a full-time contract. The exact salary placement depends on your knowledge and relevant work experience;
