Job description

Do you have a knack for spotting IT issues before they become full-blown disasters? Can you optimize a database with a single glance and automate tasks before your coffee gets cold? Then we need you!

What You'll Do (Besides Drinking Coffee and Fixing Bugs)

Be a Problem Detective - Hunt down recurring issues and eliminate them before they cause havoc. Give Applications a Performance Boost - Tune systems for maximum speed, stability, and efficiency. Tame Incidents Like a Pro - Lead troubleshooting efforts and prevent IT meltdowns. Smooth Change & Release Management - Deploy updates without causing panic. Automate the Boring Stuff - Use scripts to eliminate repetitive tasks (and impress your colleagues). Bridge the Gap - Work closely with developers, IT teams, and business stakeholders without getting lost in tech jargon. Be an On-Call Hero - When things go south, you're the one who brings everything back on track.

Requirements

What You Bring (Besides a Good Sense of Humor)

Experience in problem management, incident resolution, and performance tuning. Strong skills in .NET, Python, PowerShell, and troubleshooting critical applications. Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, AWS, Jira, and ServiceNow (magic wand optional). Deep knowledge of API integrations, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and middleware. Mastery of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana-you see things before they happen! Familiarity with ITIL, RCA, and continuous service improvement. The ability to explain complex IT issues without making non-techies cry.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes. ITIL or other relevant technical certifications (or the motivation to get them).

Benefits & conditions

A dynamic and collaborative IT environment. Professional development & certification opportunities. Competitive salary and benefits package. Flexible working options (hybrid/remote).
