Join Deloitte's UK SAP Practice as an SAP Extension and Integration Lead. You will provide technical leadership and strategic direction for SAP S/4HANA extension and integration architectures, with a strong focus on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). As an SAP Extension and Integration Lead, you will define and grow Deloitte's SAP BTP practice while delivering complex client transformation programmes. This role combines strategic leadership, technical architecture, delivery oversight, and practice development. You will execute the strategy for Deloitte's SAP BTP offering, developing frameworks and methodologies for successful client transformations. You will also build strong relationships with SAP and partners to stay at the forefront of cloud innovation. From a market perspective, you will support the go-to-market strategy for SAP extension and integration services, shaping client opportunities and defining transformation roadmaps. You will oversee successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA extension and integration programmes, ensuring quality, managing risk, and achieving measurable client outcomes. Additionally, you will develop the SAP BTP consulting practice by building teams, mentoring consultants, and supporting capability initiatives. • Drive complex enterprise transformations, working with senior client stakeholders to deliver large-scale S/4HANA programmes with a clean core focus.
• Provide end-to-end leadership across the transformation lifecycle, from strategy definition and shaping pursuits to overseeing delivery and ensuring successful go-live for SAP BTP solutions.
• Build and grow a high-performing consulting practice, mentoring leaders, developing capabilities, and strengthening Deloitte's SAP BTP expertise.

you will bring extensive experience as an SAP architect or technical lead, focused on SAP S/4HANA extension and integration architectures.

• Deep technical expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) services (CAP, Integration Suite, Extension Suite, AI Core/services).
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA clean core principles and experience designing compliant extension architectures.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and strategic direction for complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Experience advising senior client IT and business stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, Chief Architects) on SAP extension and integration strategy using SAP BTP.
• Ability to lead architectural discussions covering business value, security, scalability, TCO, delivery models, and operational considerations.
• Experience defining and governing enterprise-grade SAP BTP architectures and establishing best practices.
• Demonstrated capability to drive SAP BTP delivery, including architectural leadership for multi-disciplinary teams (on-shore and off-shore).
• Experience defining delivery patterns, reference architectures, and reusable assets for SAP extension and integration use cases.
• Knowledge of operating models, support strategies, and DevSecOps approaches for SAP BTP solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills are essential for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful programme delivery.

Preferably you will also have:

• Experience shaping Deloitte UK's SAP BTP proposition, contributing to offerings, whitepapers, and thought leadership.
• Experience supporting sales and pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, bid responses, and executive presentations.
• A track record of mentoring and developing SAP architects and engineers, enhancing SAP BTP capability.
• Strong relationships with SAP product teams and partners.
• Relevant SAP BTP certifications.
