Full-Stack Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using Python (backend) and React (frontend)
• Develop APIs and services that power core workflows in specialty medication access
• Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for providers, care teams, and operations staff
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and engineering teammates to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable software solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in architectural discussions and influence core technical decisions
• Contribute to performance, reliability, and security best practices

They are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with strong Python and React experience who wants meaningful ownership and the opportunity to build foundational systems in a fast-scaling health tech startup., + 3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer at a start-up

• Experience and proficiency across a range of technologies (we use Python, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc)

• Track record of moving quickly and delivering outstanding outcomes at fast-growing, product-driven companies

• Comfort operating in startup environments and solving ambiguous problems

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally, + Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
