Network Tester

We are seeking a skilled professional to execute field and mobility driving test cases, prepare devices for testing, and collaborate with team members to ensure the quality and reliability of wireless networking products. The role requires a hands-on approach to testing and troubleshooting, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Execute field and mobility driving test cases for development and MR projects.
• Prepare devices for testing in the field, including software and applicable test tools.
• Create new test routes or revise existing infrastructure based on new network features and changes.
• Report any defects and draft issues for review and registration.
• Report detailed field test results on a daily basis.
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Analyze testing results and submit reports to the development team.
• Create test designs, processes, cases, and test-product documentation.
• Conduct testing as per the set standards and procedures.
• Ensure that testing is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.
• Perform software testing in all phases of the design-develop-test-release-maintain software life cycle.

• Bachelor's Degree in telecommunications or a computer science-related field.
• 3-5 years of technical or telecommunications engineering related experience.
• Hands-on experience with field test tools such as QXDM, QCAT, TEMS, Nemo, or similar.
• Experience with CDMA, EVDO, LTE, 5G NR.
• Experience with Qualcomm tools like QXDM, QCAT, and QPST.
• Experience with post-processing tools such as WindCatcher, Actix, or XCAL/XCAP-M.
• Experience with operating systems like Windows, MAC, Linux.
• Experience with Spirent/Metrico tools such as NOMAD, MUSE, and Datum.
• Experience running FIT test plans for Client's, US Cellular, or other US NMOs.
• Ability to design, code, and maintain test scripts using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Proficiency in AI/ML platforms and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Azure AI Studio).

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.00 - $36.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
