Network Engineer

• Design, implement, manage, and support enterprise network infrastructure
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security to ensure optimal uptime
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless environments
• Configure and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
• Implement and manage network security controls, policies, and best practices
• Collaborate with IT teams to support application, server, and cloud network requirements
• Perform network upgrades, patches, and capacity planning
• Document network architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures
• Support network connectivity for on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to network outages or incidents as needed

• 3-7 years of experience in a Network Engineer or Network Administrator role
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networking
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
• Proficiency with networking protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching)
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting network performance and outages
• Familiarity with network security principles and best practices
• Experience supporting on-prem, cloud, or hybrid network environments
• Strong documentation skills for network diagrams, configurations, and procedures
• Ability to work cross-functionally with systems, security, and application teams
