Job description
integrity expectations across North America. Conduct regional reporting and maintain regular interaction with the Chief Integrity & Compliance Officer and the Group Compliance Reporting Office. Culture, Code of Conduct & Advisory : Drive a strong integrity culture by promoting ethical decision making, providing timely and practical ethics guidance, integrating integrity messaging into leadership forums and communication channels, and promulgating the TAG Code of Conduct. Speak-Up, Case Management & Investigations Oversight: Ensure effective execution of investigations mandated by the Group Compliance Reporting Office, implement and oversee the investigation process of "green" cases, confidentiality standards, and case management within NAVEX. Oversee North America investigations and maintain a dotted-line partnership with Group Investigations for methodology support. Training & Awareness: Own the North American e-learning and face-to-face training portfolio for Integrity & Compliance, including deployment, tracking, and escalation of global I&C modules and national/state-level U.S. trainings (e.g., harassment prevention). Conduct regular and risk-based face-to-face trainings to Colleagues. Oversee HR data hygiene with HR, assignment logic for remote workers, and follow-ups with functional leaders and line managers to close completion gaps. Policy Management: Localize and implement the Group Policy framework. Develop and implement regional and local integrity & compliance policies. Drive completion rates of Group and local policy attestations. Coordinate with content owners for areas outside I&C (e.g., antitrust, privacy). Risk Assessment & Third-Party Risk: Support and manage the compliance Third Party Risks as part of the TPRM Framework. Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and execute monitoring plans, share findings with business owners, ensure remediation closure, and report quarterly and ad-hoc updates to Group I&C and Corporate Legal. M&A Support: Support compliance due diligence and post-integration efforts for U.S./Canada transactions as directed by Group I&C. Organizational Leadership: Lead the North America investigations resource(s) and assess future staffing needs (e.g., training/process specialist) after role onboarding. OUT OF SCOPE - Contract Compliance (North America). - Internal Control System (Americas). - Branch Operations Audit (North America). - Ownership of Security, Workplace Violence, or Business Continuity programs. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (EXAMPLES) - Raise North America overall I&C training completion and policy attestations to =90% for Colleagues and Tech Experts through targeted follow-ups. - Pre-assessment for cases categorized "green" within 5 business days; cycle time within Group benchmarks. - Completion of NA risk assessments and timely remediation of resulting actions. About you QUALIFICATIONS Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree - Work experience, limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan. Requirements
8-10+ years corporate ethics & compliance experience. CCEP/CCEP-I certificate or willingness to obtain within 12 months. - Skills: - Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills. - Experience managing investigations and compliance programs. - Ability to interpret and contextualize rules, guidelines, policies, procedures and controls. - Expertise in developing remedial measures for identified control and process deficiencies in all areas and businesses of TAG. - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 compliance management tools (e.g., OneTrust, NAVEX) and AI applications. Preferred: - Advanced compliance or legal degree. - CFE, CIA, or other specialized certifications. - Experience in staffing/HR solutions industry. Why choose us?
