5+ years of experience building chatbots or conversational AI solutions
Hands-on with Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents
Strong understanding of NLP, Power Automate, Dataverse
Experience integrating AI with enterprise data and systems

Azure AI or Microsoft certifications (PL-200, AI-102, MS-600)
Consulting or professional services background
