Job description
We are seeking an experienced AEM Solutions Lead to design, develop, and maintain scalable Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. This role involves leading development efforts, ensuring platform performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability across environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dispatcher configuration, caching, and system performance
- Support CI/CD pipelines, including automated builds, deployments, and testing
- Collaborate with Architects and Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Lead and promote best practices in AEM development, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
- Integrate AEM with third-party systems such as CRM, DAM, analytics tools, and custom APIs
- Monitor application health and implement observability and diagnostic solutions
- Stay up to date with AEM, Adobe Experience Cloud, and related technologies
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in AEM development
- Strong hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Sling Jobs, and workflows
- Expertise in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of Dispatcher configuration, caching strategies, and performance tuning
- Experience with AEM Cloud Service and on-premise deployments
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, or similar DevOps tools
- Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues in AEM environments
- Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and conducting code reviews
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Target
- Experience integrating Adobe Analytics with AEM
- Familiarity with content delivery networks such as Akamai
- Experience with translation tools such as Smartling or TransPerfect
- Experience with search platforms such as Coveo or Solr
