Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT experience
  • Strong understanding of EHR systems (preferably Oracle Health/Cerner)
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations: HIPAA, HITECH, Meaningful Use
  • Experience with:
  • Active Directory (AD)
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Identity and access management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills (especially EHR security/access issues)
  • Knowledge of Discern and CCL (Cerner tools)
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT infrastructure:
  • Networking
  • Firewalls
  • Database security
  • Application support experience
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Customer service mindset (supporting users with varying technical knowledge)
