Job description
- Design end-to-end user experiences for complex, data-rich applications, including dashboards, control panels, and real-time monitoring interfaces
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to clearly communicate design concepts and interaction behaviors
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
- Translate user feedback and data into actionable design improvements, ensuring solutions are both intuitive and effective
- Partner cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on requirements and deliver high-quality experiences
- Contribute to and help evolve design systems, component libraries, and UX standards for consistency and scalability
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership, incorporating feedback into iterative improvements
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure design quality and accuracy throughout implementation
- Monitor product performance using data and metrics, continuously optimizing the user experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
- Demonstrated experience in prototyping and interaction design for complex systems or applications
- Hands-on experience conducting user research, gathering insights, and applying findings to design solutions
- Solid understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and user-centered design methodologies
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver results
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in agile environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work across web or software applications
