Requirements
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) and Platform Developer II (PD2) certifications (required)
- ~8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, preferably within large-scale enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in complex Salesforce org architectures, including data models, role hierarchies, and governance considerations
- Demonstrated ability to identify platform inefficiencies, technical debt, and improvement opportunities, and execute solutions end-to-end
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments with minimal direction
- Experience supporting and optimizing platform performance and overall system health
- Hands-on experience aligning implementations with Salesforce seasonal releases (e.g., Summer/Winter) and evaluating new platform capabilities
- Experience conducting proof-of-concepts (POCs) and driving internal adoption of new features
- Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities (e.g., AgentForce) or related certifications/coursework (preferred)
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tooling in Salesforce ecosystems (Copado preferred or equivalent tools)
- Prior experience in senior or lead Salesforce development roles
- Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to team capability building
- Experience leading or contributing to Agile ceremonies such as standups
- Ability to work across multiple teams, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Revenue Cloud implementations
- Comfortable collaborating across scrum teams, supporting delivery, and proactively removing blockers
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to engage with technical leads and stakeholders as needed
- Adaptability to fluid team structures (e.g., pod-based models) and shifting priorities
