Job description
This role is ideal for someone who is highly hands-on, comfortable stepping into environments that require structure and direction, and capable of leading both technically and strategically. You will work closely with internal engineering teams and stakeholders to interpret existing designs, fill in gaps, and guide the implementation of core Azure infrastructure components.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in cloud engineering or architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure
- Experience designing and implementing Azure environments (landing zones, networking, governance, etc.)
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates)
- Hands-on experience with Azure networking (VNets, subnets, NSGs, routing, hub-and-spoke architectures)
- Experience with identity and access management (Entra ID, RBAC, conditional access)
- Experience working with containerized environments (AKS, Docker)
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate it into working infrastructure
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience guiding technical teams

- Familiarity with Azure landing zone frameworks and best practices
