The Senior Salesforce Technical Architect will shape the Salesforce ecosystem, address architectural challenges, and lead implementations and integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficiency., Shape/optimize mission-critical Salesforce ecosystem supporting fast-growing. Innovative enterprise; address complex architectural challenges. Work with tools/Salesforce integrations (CRM, CPQ/CLM solutions)/Datawarehouse. Postgress, MySQL, Teradata/ETL tools: Informatica, Mulesoft; use technologies: Salesforce force.com, VS code, GIT, GitHub, Glean, Jira, Confluence, Lucid Chart, Dealhub. Use programming languages (Apex, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ruby); integrate Salesforce with advanced NoSQL technologies. Drive automation to enhance customer's/sales operations. Collaborate with world-class engineers, product leaders, and go-to-market teams. Ensure direct impact on business efficiency/customer successes. Design/responsible for Salesforce architecture roadmap through its lifecycle. Align with strategic corporate business objectives and overall enterprise architecture. Work with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions fit into broader organizational framework; contribute to business goals. Design/optimize end-to-end processes for quoting/order management (syncing orders to NetSuite). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, SalesOps, Finance) to streamline upstream/ downstream processes. Ensure Salesforce platform scales with business growth. Adapt to new sales strategies. Provide technical leadership/mentorship to Salesforce developers/administrators on best practices related to sales architecture. Work with Sales teams/Sales support organizations. Serve as thought leader/subject matter expert for sales processes. Drive defining. Estimates/shaping technical approaches/solutions using best practices. Customize Salesforce platform using declarative/coded approaches (Lightning Pages, Flow Builder, APEX triggers and classes, Lightning Components). Develop/execute integration strategies to connect Salesforce with various systems, applications, data sources. Ensure seamless data flow/business process automation. Design/implement custom solutions using Salesforce integration tools (APIs, middleware platforms, connectors) to meet business needs. Conduct investigations/analyses for recommendations for technology improvements, development of best practices, standardization, upgrades. Monitor, troubleshoot, resolve issues. Improve performance; enhance overall user experience. Maintain/configure development/test instances for internal sandboxes. Author/maintain implementations documentation/integration configurations, protocols, best practices. Provide training/support to end-users/stakeholders, and utilize expertise in upstream/downstream Salesforce processes (quoting, order management, billing). This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering plus 2 years experience. Experience to include working with tools/Salesforce integrations (CRM, CPQ/CLM solutions)/Datawarehouse: Postgress, MySQL, Teradata/ETL tools: Informatica, Mulesoft. Using technologies: Salesforce force.com, VS code, GIT, GitHub, Glean, Jira, Confluence, Lucid Chart, Dealhub, and using programming languages (Apex, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ruby). This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Salary range from $125,923 to $210,000 per year.
