UDS diagnostics

ASAM XCP

Plan and prioritize test scope aligned with:

Release milestones
-
Systems, controls, calibration teams

Safety requirements (ASIL, FMEA/FMEDA)

Lead development of test automation frameworks using:

Python, CAPL, .NET
-
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

Define and track KPIs:

Test pass rate

Coverage

Defect leakage
-
Time to root cause
-
Rig uptime

Manage:

Supplier and lab interfaces

Requirements

8 12+ years of experience in:

HIL/SIL validation
-
EV/HEV powertrain or drive systems
-
Hands-on experience with:

HIL systems and automation tools
-
Vector CANoe / CANape
-
ASAM A2L / MDF
-
UDS diagnostics and restbus simulation
-
Strong expertise in:

MATLAB / Simulink
-
Model integration
-
Python automation
-
Version control (Git)

Knowledge of:

ISO 26262 (Functional Safety)
