Project/Program Manager IT Level 5

Job Title: Project/Program Manager IT Level 5 Location: (Chicago, IL - Dallas, TX - Peoria, IL - Broomfield, CO - Cary, NC) - Hybrid Required Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of program/project management experience, or Master's degree with 8+ years of program/project management experience. Strong program/project management experience (highly skilled; not a training role). Proficiency in program/project management tools: Azure DevOps preferred; Jira acceptable. Strong documentation and reporting skills; experience with Confluence is a plus. Advanced skills in Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Microsoft Teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence multiple teams. Self-driven, able to initiate and manage tasks independently. Understanding of SDLC and back-end software development, including data and API/services projects. Technical background in software development is beneficial but not required.
