The ideal candidate will be a seasoned expert with a deep understanding of the wealth management domain, coupled with extensive hands-on experience in designing and implementing modern, cloud-based data ecosystems.
You will be responsible for architecting the data landscape that connects our operational systems with our analytical platforms, enabling actionable insights for the business. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, financial industry knowledge, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

-
Tooling & Technology Leadership: Champion and demonstrate the use of AI to solve data problems.
-
Execution & Delivery: Act with a strong sense of urgency to drive projects from conception to completion. Troubleshoot complex data-related issues and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality data solutions.
-
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with business leaders, portfolio managers, financial advisors, and technology teams to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
Requirements
-
Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology roles within major financial services firms, with a significant portion dedicated to wealth management.
-
Data Warehousing & Cloud: Proven track record of working with analytical data platforms and data warehouses through their technological evolution, from on-premise traditional systems (e.g., Teradata, Oracle) to modern cloud-based solutions.
-
Data Modeling Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing complex data models specifically for the wealth management industry. Must be able to articulate the nuances of wealth data.
-
Data Lifecycle Management: Hands-on experience building frameworks for the end-to-end data lifecycle: ingestion, curation, and distribution.
-
Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency with data wrangling and preparation tools (e.g., Dataiku , Alteryx, or similar).
-
Advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau , Power BI, or similar).

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python for data manipulation.
-
Mindset: A proactive, "get-it-done" attitude with a proven ability to act with urgency and navigate a complex, fast-paced environment.
-
Integrator: Ability to think holistically and bridge the gap between operational and analytical systems, understanding the dependencies and data flows.
