neck down various emerging technologies to identify material/non-material solutions to fill identified gaps. * Provide recommendations for the most impactful maturing technologies that bring increased capabilities to be included into bi-annual CH-53K Block upgrades. * Perform analysis of a technology's TRLs maturation timeline, review Initial Capabilities Documents (ICDs) and SWAP requirements. * Approximately 25% of effort will be post-award work to perform the System-of-Systems integration of various technologies and horizontal integration across Level II IPTs. * Performs programmatic or technical knowledge identifying, formulating, designing, and/or testing practical solutions to engineering problems; guiding the engineering development of modern complex systems; and employing systems engineering methods and tools in the development of systems. * Coordinating engineering change proposals (ECPs), technical directives, and updates. Qualifications * Must have a, bachelor's degree in

Responsibilities Sabre Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer for Capabilities Integration to join our team in support of the Heavy Lift Helicopters Program Office (PMA-261) at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. This position provides critical systems engineering support for the CH-53K Capabilities Integration Team. Responsibilities include technical research and development of emerging technologies, system analysis, and documentation for new capabilities integration into Block upgrades to the CH-53K aircraft. The selected candidate will be responsible for but not limited to: * Provide systems engineering technical support to PMA-261's CH-53K Capabilities Integration Team. * Provide the technical research and analysis of emerging technologies at lower Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) to create advanced capabilities development roadmaps that can be presented to a CH-53K Engineering Review Board. * Approximately 75% of this effort will be the pre-work required to, qualifying referrals.
