Azure DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and enhance DevOps practices across Azure environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure using IaC, and ensuring secure, scalable application deployments. You will work closely with development, QA, and security teams to improve delivery efficiency and system reliability., · Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (YAML-based)

· Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and/or ARM templates

· Manage Azure DevOps components: repositories, branching strategies, build agents, releases, and artifacts

· Integrate automated testing, code quality checks, and deployment gates into pipelines

· Implement DevSecOps practices, including security scanning and policy-as-code

· Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics

· Enable CI/CD for containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS)

· Troubleshoot pipeline failures and deployment issues; create documentation and runbooks

· Improve release strategies (blue-green, canary, rollback)

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery processes

· 8+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering

· Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (YAML)

· Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or ARM templates)

· Proficiency in Git-based version control and branching strategies

· Scripting experience in PowerShell and/or Bash (Python is a plus)

· Experience implementing monitoring and alerting solutions

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Helm, and containerization (Docker)

· Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security tools

· Experience integrating tools like SonarQube, dependency scanning

· Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid environments
