Epsilon C5I, a 100% employee-owned company founded in 1998, is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer (SE4) to join our team as we advance the State-of-the-Art in artificial intelligence for the intelligence community and autonomy applications. Our products are used to improve our nation's capability by improving decision making that currently relies on extensive human interaction within the US Air Force, Space Force, and Department of Defense. What You'll Do: * Design and train neural networks for various applications
- Analyze data, manipulate 1-dimensional, 2-dimensional, and 3-dimensional data
- Predict results and compare with trained outcomes
- Conduct post processing and data reduction
- Write analysis reports and develop briefings
- Work independently and in a team environment
- Lead a team of engineers
Requirements
- Mentor junior engineers Required Qualification: * Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
- 10 years of software engineering experience with a strong background in the following:
- Applicants must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI eligibility.
- Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
- Artificial neural network training
- Programming: Python, C++, MATLAB, Go, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras
- Image processing
- Building graph databases
- Building PostgreSQL databases with vector store (pgVector), audit (pgAudit), edit (pgAdmin), and geographic (PostGIS) capability
- Identifying and acquiring data, and data wrangling, for neural network and transformer training and prompting
- Building Graph Neural Network (GNN) framework, training GNNs, and extracting embedding vectors and likelihoods
- Building Vision Transformer framework, training transformers, and extracting embedding vectors and likelihoods - experience with CLIP and LLaVA is a plus
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
