As a Java Applications Lead Architect, you will make an impact by designing, leading, and delivering scalable Java- and Spring-based solutions that support product content and information management initiatives. You will be a valued member of the Technology Architecture team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, engineering, and business teams, to align technical solutions with business objectives., * Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using Java and the Spring Framework.

• Define and govern application architecture leveraging Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, and Spring Integration.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to ensure high-quality engineering standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Ensure system reliability, security, performance optimization, and alignment with industry best practices.

• Deep expertise in Java and the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, and Spring Core.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale, distributed applications.
• Strong architecture and problem-solving skills with the ability to align technology solutions to business goals.
• Demonstrated experience leading development teams and driving technical decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a hybrid work environment.
