Azure DevOps Lead

Client is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Lead to spearhead cloud-native development and deployment initiatives. The role involves leading DevOps practices, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient delivery of enterprise applications on Microsoft Azure. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor DevOps engineers in implementing best practices across CI/CD pipelines.
• Design, build, and maintain automated deployment frameworks using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline release processes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
• Ensure compliance with Citibank's security, governance, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Drive adoption of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS) and microservices architecture.
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex deployment issues.

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Azure DevOps leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps Services (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation, Git, YAML pipelines, and release management.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).
• Experience with container orchestration (AKS/Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of cloud security, compliance, and monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
