MDM Solution Architect

As a Lead Solution Architect, you will provide technical leadership in designing and implementing scalable, integrated architectures that align with enterprise strategy and business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-performing, and future-ready solutions., * Lead the design and implementation of complex system architectures and integrations

• Develop scalable frameworks, tech stacks, and architectural standards
• Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture, business objectives, and performance goals
• Provide technical leadership across application development, integrations, and system design
• Evaluate and resolve architecture challenges and system design gaps
• Define and enforce best practices, governance standards, and architecture patterns
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product managers, and enterprise architects
• Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and industry trends
• Lead technical evaluations, solution selection, and implementation strategies
• Promote adoption of modern architecture practices across teams

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in IT / Solution Architecture roles
• Strong experience designing large-scale, complex IT systems
• Expertise in:

• Cloud platforms & distributed systems
• Microservices, SOA, APIs, and system integrations
• Architecture governance, standards, and SDLC methodologies
• Data warehousing, ETL processes, and data analysis

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM):

• Party & Product MDM
• Data Quality (DQ) frameworks, APIs, dashboards

• Experience in Cloud Application Development
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, CISSP preferred)
• Hands-on experience in:

• Architecture lifecycle management (evaluation, implementation, modernization)
• Creating reference architectures, data models, and workflow diagrams

• Ability to lead end-to-end architecture initiatives across domains
