Junior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs for our energy management software and client-facing platforms. You will work closely with our development, marketing, and sales teams to understand user needs and create solutions that align with our company's goals and values., Design and develop user interfaces for our energy management software and client-facing platforms

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into design concepts
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
• Use industry-standard design tools to create high-quality visual designs
• Ensure consistency and usability across all platforms and devices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the energy or technology industry
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
• Passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
