Senior ABAP Developer

Insight Global is currently hiring for a Senior ABAP Developer for a top retail client. The ABAP Developer will be responsible for design and development of ABAP programs, reports, interfaces and enhancements. 95% of their time will be spent hands on development with 5% being in architectural decisions meetings and stand ups. They will propose and contribute to new ERP modules and system upgrades. They will also be leading collaboration with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions. This person will need to be highly motivated and driven to seeking out and identifying opportunities to maximize the performance of SAP Retail applications and ABAP programs. They will need to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with enterprise systems and applications. Secondary responsibilities of this role will include off-hours/on-call rotation responsibilities and second level troubleshooting and support. The annual salary for this role is between $130,000-150,000/yr.
