- Test concepts for iteration, research, and validation, conceiving and delivering engaging prototypes across a portfolio of products.
- Identify emerging needs, develop interaction design best practices, and contribute to pattern documentation.
- Lead or contribute to key projects, ensuring a holistic systems-thinking approach and advocating for user needs across platforms and applications.
- Develop, brainstorm and define approaches that optimize implementation of the design intent.

Requirements
Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in iOS development, technical UX design, and prototyping.
- 6 years of experience in front-end execution for the iOS platform using Swift.
- Experience in motion design related to physics, patterns, and visual design elements.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work samples in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)., * Master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in technical leadership and managing projects.
- Experience with vibe coding tools, including AI Studio, Cursor, Antigravity, Firebase Studio.
- Familiarity working across full tech stacks and production environments.
- Knowledge of technical constraints in designing for iOS.
- Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Benefits & conditions
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
