Cloud Architect

As the Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable and secure cloud solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and design cloud architectures that align with industry best practices. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Design and implement cloud architecture solutions using leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and define cloud strategies
• Ensure the security, scalability, and availability of cloud environments
• Implement best practices and provide guidance on cloud-native services and technologies
• Create architectural diagrams, documentation, and presentations
• Support project teams in the implementation and deployment of cloud solutions
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior cloud engineers

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Strong proficiency in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure cloud platforms
• Experience with cloud-native services, such as Lambda, EC2, S3, and RDS
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices
• Knowledge of networking, security, and infrastructure
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in working with government or federal clients is a plus
