• The base pay range for this position is $152,000 - $209,000 per year*

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual incentive plan and stock options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. • Lead the development of large features and champion quarterly projects that span multiple teams and problem sets
• Increase quality of Remedy Meds' code base by writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Enforce best practices for code reviews as well as quality standards across your team
• Design and iterate on complex designs and system improvements to enhance robustness, reusability, and security within our code base
• Be a trusted leader within on-call rotation and push key items for post-mortems in a timely manner
• Handle vaguely scoped projects and help guide other engineers through the process for a successful delivery
• Mentor and guide less senior engineers through complex problems as well as helping navigate different stakeholders
• Act as a facilitator for scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and other team meetings to continually push and improve team efficiencies
