Job description
This is an entry level position within the HSIR team. The candidate for this position will support Epic resolute hospital Billing and related modules, supporting revenue cycle front, middle and back workflows. The analyst will play a key role in designing, building, implementing, and supporting workflows related to charge router, charge review, and credit card reader processes. This entry level requires the candidate to focus on obtaining a status of Proficient from Epic in the specific modules they will support. In addition to supporting Epic, they will provide workflow assistance, troubleshooting and support for mission critical HSIR systems with assistance. Provide on-call after-hours support. Develop and maintain competency on pertinent applications and technologies within a specified timeframe. Participate in system maintenance by utilizing analytical skills for issue resolution, enhancement development, project participation and version upgrades with oversight. - Assist in developing appropriate process/policy documentation.
- Manage multiple tasks/work on multiple projects simultaneously with guidance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science or other field.
- Licenses and Certifications (HIT) HEALTH INFORMTN TECHNOLOGY CER Upon Hire
Preferred
- Experience Previous exposure to healthcare and/or electronic records is desired but not required.
