Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Information Security Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple, parallel information security initiatives within a large-scale Data Engineering and platform environment. This role is suited to a delivery-focused individual who is comfortable operating at program scale, managing complex dependencies across engineering, security, and infrastructure teams, and driving outcomes in fast-moving, regulated environments.

You will be accountable for execution, coordination, and delivery of InfoSec programs across data platforms, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and application teams-ensuring security outcomes are achieved without disrupting business-critical delivery., * Lead delivery of multiple InfoSec initiatives concurrently across Data Engineering

  • Create and maintain delivery plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes
  • Act as the central coordination point across engineering, platform, cloud, and security teams
  • Establish delivery governance including RAID, action tracking, and executive reporting
  • Identify and mitigate risks; Escalate with clear options and recommendations
  • Partner with architects and technical leads to ensure solutions are secure-by-design and deliverable
  • Ensure automation and validation are embedded into delivery plans

Requirements

  • Senior Project or Program Manager experience delivering complex technology initiatives: 10+ years
  • A strong technical background, who understands code and has prior experience working in engineering roles; This will be critical to effectively drive InfoSec initiatives and ensure alignment with technical teams
  • Track record delivering InfoSec or risk remediation programs
  • Experience working with Data Engineering, platform, or cloud-native teams
  • Strong dependency and multi-workstream management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organized and delivery-focused
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and regulated environments
  • Pragmatic, outcomes-driven mindset

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
