IT Asset Mgmt Associate

Provide comprehensive IT Asset Management (ITAM) support. Track and manage complex, dynamic sustainment processes. Manage license and hardware lifecycles from initial conception through End of Useful Life (EoL). Research, track, and update End of Support (EoS) and EoL status for all software assets. Identify opportunities for cost savings and execute optimal asset reassignment. Maintain and administer OEM portal accounts for lifecycle management of licenses and hardware. Validate and respond to official Data Calls. Manage the filing, recording, and delivery receipt verification for Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices. Develop accurate cost estimates and contribute to programmatic spend planning. Generate and maintain Monthly Dashboards and Master Tracker updates. Produce detailed ITAM deliverables including Meeting Minutes and Action Items Logs (encompassing Updates, Tech Edits, and final Delivery). Conduct peer reviews for team deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance. Represent the ITAM function at critical engagements, including Meetings, ELA Syncs, Procurement Syncs, and Monthly ITAM Meetings. Provide dedicated program support, resolving daily inquiries and providing research assistance to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and leads. Proactively notify customers of upcoming asset renewals, modifications, or status changes. Provide supplementary ITAM, program, and customer support as dictated by mission needs.

Ability to obtain a secret clearance.

BS and 0 years' experience. 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.

Experienced in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
