Job description
We are hiring a Principal / Lead .NET Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications. This is a hands-on architecture role requiring deep expertise in .NET, Azure, microservices, and distributed systems, along with strong leadership capabilities., * Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications
- Define and implement microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design (DDD)
- Drive Azure cloud adoption and modernization initiatives
- Design and develop REST APIs and enterprise integrations
- Lead DevOps practices including CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and enforce best practices
- Mentor senior developers and guide technical teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in .NET development and architecture
- Strong expertise in:
- C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core / .NET 6+
- Microservices & Distributed Systems
- Enterprise Architecture & Design Patterns
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure:
- App Services, Azure Functions, AKS (Kubernetes), API Management, Service Bus
- Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ / Azure Service Bus)
- Strong database experience: SQL Server, Cosmos DB / MongoDB
- Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
- Experience in CI/CD (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, * Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Preferred / Strongly Desired)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- TOGAF Certification - Nice to Have
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) - Plus, * Experience with React / Angular (Full-stack exposure)
- Knowledge of API Gateway, GraphQL
- Experience in multi-cloud (AWS/Google Cloud Platform) environments
- Experience working in large enterprise environments (Banking/Healthcare/Insurance preferred)
