Job description
- Support the design team in delivering finalized UX/UI designs for digital applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals
- Assist in translating complex problems into clear design requirements and solutions
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and iteration cycles
- Contribute to the design of web and native/mobile applications
- Communicate design rationale effectively to team members and stakeholders
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in UX design and visual design
- Proficiency with:
- Figma
- Sketch
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Microsoft Office tools
- Experience designing for web, mobile, or digital applications
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio showcasing UX design work (required), * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience working in Agile or collaborative product teams
- Exposure to user research and usability testing, * UX / UI Design
- Wireframing & Prototyping
- Figma / Sketch / Adobe Suite
- User-Centered Design
