Job description

Focus: Lead enterprise-wide migration from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ERP and HCM systems.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement complex, scalable architectural solutions for Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials and Supply Chain) and HCM.
  • Develop and articulate future-state technology architecture and vision.
  • Establish and oversee data architecture, governance, and data lineage strategies.
  • Lead and manage large-scale IT projects, including vendor selection, budgeting, and timelines.
  • Develop and oversee testing, release, and change management strategies for Oracle Fusion updates.
  • Drive enterprise transformation decisions cross-functionally to meet both current and future business needs.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for architecture, guiding technical decisions and complex issue resolution.
  • Mentor and develop technical team members, contributing to a resilient team structure.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years' experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP transformation projects, specifically migrating from PeopleSoft.

  • Hands-on experience designing architecture for Oracle Cloud Financials and Supply Chain (ERP); HCM-only experience is insufficient.
  • Strong technical architecture skills with integration technologies such as Mulesoft and PL/SQL (OIC experience is a plus but not sufficient alone).
  • Proven expertise in data architecture, governance, and release/change management., Experience as a true architect leading enterprise transformation (not just team leadership or project management).
  • Ability to develop and present architectural diagrams and facilitate engaging workshops.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to drive change and keep stakeholders engaged.
  • Prior experience in consulting or end-client settings.
