As a Senior Solutions Delivery Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing infrastructure systems that are essential for Fiserv's operations and growth. Working closely with a dedicated team, you will tackle complex infrastructure challenges and ensure seamless integration and performance of various systems. Your contributions will be vital in driving innovative solutions and supporting our clients, thereby significantly enhancing our overall business success.
What you'll do:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust infrastructure solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Optimize infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure architecture with enterprise goals.
- Conduct regular system audits and provide recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest infrastructure technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in infrastructure design and management, specifically in a Windows environment
- 3+ years of experience with network management
- 3+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- 3+ years of experience in performance tuning and optimization
- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure security
- 3+ years of experience in data integration and ETL processes
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience with DevOps practices
- Understanding of automation scripting for infrastructure management
- Experience in infrastructure scaling technologies
