• Definition and further development of software and system architecture in the assigned projects
• Development of viable, scalable and secure solution architectures in the sense of Cloud-Native Design
• Design and specification of interfaces as well as API architectures
• Translation of business requirements into technical solution architectures
• Technological strategy consulting as well as evaluation and selection of suitable technologies and tools
• Ensuring compliance with architectural principles, standards and best practices
• Supporting development teams in implementing architectural specifications

• Completed training or higher professional education in computer science or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in designing software and system architectures
• Profound understanding of architectural principles as well as Cloud-Native Design with technologies such as Kubernetes and microservices
• Experience with interfaces and API structures, especially in the REST environment and event-driven architectures
• Experience in stakeholder management as well as mediation between business and IT
• Ability to analyse technological issues and assess well-founded solution approaches
• Structured, communicative and convincing personality with a high quality standard
• Fluent German; English and/or French skills are an advantage
• Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
