• Du unterstützt den Go-live und Rollout unserer App in einer Klinik
• Du bist regelmäßig bei unserem Kunden, dem Klinikum Eberswalde, vor Ort im Einsatz
• Du betreust eigenständig die Einführung der App auf mobilen Endgeräten in verschiedenen Abteilungen
• Du schulst und unterstützt medizinisches Personal sowie Patientinnen und Patienten im Umgang mit der Anwendung
• Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und eine hohe Zufriedenheit bei den Anwendern
• Du bereitest Deine Einsätze remote vor und nach

• Ein laufendes Studium der (Wirtschafts- oder Medizin-) Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Projektmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Fachbereich in der Region Berlin
• Hohes IT-technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an der Implementierung von Software in Unternehmenslandschaften
• Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt, eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Begeisterung für die Arbeit im Bereich Kundenbetreuung, IT-Projektmanagement und Softwareanpassungen
• Du kannst Dir befristet für ein Jahr mit durchschnittlich 20 Stunden pro Woche diesen Job parallel zu Deinem Studium vorstellen
