Job description
Join a cross-functional Agile team delivering enhancements to a large-scale Salesforce platform used by internal and external users. You'll work closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
What you'll be doing
A hands-on leadership role where you'll:
- Lead technical delivery within a Scrum team
- Design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions
- Own code quality, standards, and best practices
- Contribute to architecture decisions and run POCs
- Support CI/CD, releases, and DevOps processes
- Mentor developers and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven Salesforce technical leadership experience
- Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC (Aura beneficial), integrations
- Experience with Agentforce / OmniStudio
- Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps (e.g. Copado)
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Platform Dev I & II)
