Job description
The Transformation Delivery Manager leads the full lifecycle of organisational transformation initiatives, working independently to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned to expected benefits. Reporting to the IBP Lead, the role collaborates across functions to drive change, manage risks, and ensure effective execution of initiatives such as process redesign, system implementation, operating model changes, and governance improvements. All projects are delivered following the Raytheon Enterprise Project Management (REPM) framework, from initial concept through to entry into service., The role is accountable for delivering transformation initiatives end-to-end, developing detailed project plans and leading cross-functional teams to achieve agreed outcomes. It ensures strong governance, clear reporting, and adherence to organisational project management standards. The role proactively manages risks and issues, drives stakeholder alignment, and supports initiatives such as process standardisation, system and operating model changes, and capability uplift. It also ensures effective change management to enable adoption and long-term sustainability, while providing clear, insightful updates to senior stakeholders and governance boards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Transformation Delivery Manager or Project Manager, delivering complex projects end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong experience delivering process, systems, or operating model change.
- Availability to work in a contract / interim capacity, with a delivery-focused mindset.
- Eligible for SC clearance.
- Certified, or eligible to be certified, at Level 3 or Level 4 in the Raytheon PM tiering process.
Desirable experience:
- Formal project management certification or training.
- Experience delivering transformation in large, regulated, or complex organisations.
- Exposure to system implementations (e.g. ERP, planning tools, data platforms).
- Experience working within formal enterprise PMO or governance frameworks.
- Background in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defence, or technology environments.
