Full Stack .NET Developer

This role would suit someone from a professional services, consulting, big-tech or strong corporate engineering background who enjoys ownership, high standards, and solving real business problems. You'll be working on business-critical platforms that support both internal users and external customers, with the opportunity to influence how systems evolve and help shape the next phase of the development team's growth.

They're looking for someone with strong experience across C#/.NET, Azure, SQL and modern web development (React or Vue.js), ideally with a background in building or improving scalable platforms in a fast-paced commercial environment. The role would suit someone who is hands-on, proactive, and enjoys solving problems properly while having genuine influence over how systems evolve.

This is an onsite role in Watford 5 days a week initially, reducing to 3 days per week after probation. The office dress is business casual Monday to Thursday, smart casual on Fridays. Bonus points if you come from an IT Consultancy background, where you have had to speak with stakeholders, explaining tech requirements to non-technical people.

• Salary is up to £110k (DOE)
