Job description

This role exists to provide specialist technical support on complex network security and cyber security deployments for any and all of our UK secure contracts. Building intermate working relationships and trust through effective communication and meeting expectation and deadlines is key. Liaising with customer representatives or vendors and directing other support staff where appropriate will form part of the role. What you'll be doing

Requirements

  • External Professional Certification in Security Related discipline e.g. Fortinet NSE 7, Cisco CCNP, Checkpoint CCSE or Palo Alto PCNSE; covering some of the following key technologies

o Fortinet o Cisco ASA & FirePower o Cisco ISE o F5 o Palo Alto o Zscaler o CheckPoint o NetScaler o Python Go Bash o Native Cloud Security o Linux/Unix OS o Windows OS

  • Rapid prototyping and testing potential solutions, and understanding how to run lean and iterate continuously.
  • Design user journeys, service maps, documentation, user flows and wireframes

Experience you will be expected to have

  • Experience in Security Operations from a 3rd Line perspective
  • Ability to support their team with day to day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • An intimiate knowledge of Networks and Network Security
  • A drive for leadership and
