Lead Enterprise Architect

• The candidate will be responsible for driving DCO sessions, defining business solutions, and ensuring optimal utilization of Pega out-of-the-box features with minimal customization., Requesting you to share profiles only for candidates who are willing to work in a Hybrid model at the client location in Toronto, CA., * Lead and manage DCO sessions with business SMEs
• Understand business problems and provide optimal Pega-based solutions
• Guide stakeholders on leveraging Pega out-of-the-box features and avoid unnecessary customizations
• Facilitate requirement elaboration sessions and create wireframes/prototypes
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and implementation approach
• Coordinate with client and offshore teams for smooth delivery
• Drive requirement clarity in initial discussions to minimize rework

• The ideal candidate should have deep experience in BPM applications, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient Pega solutions.

• Experience in process improvement, KPIs, and end-user value measurement
