Job description

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:

  • Design, build, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to streamline processes and improve user experience.
  • Develop and configure Power Automate workflows to automate manual tasks and integrate business processes across Microsoft 365 and other systems.
  • Connect Power Apps solutions to data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and external APIs.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and optimize applications for performance, usability, security, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable low-code solutions.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, reviewing solutions, supporting skill development, and promoting delivery of high-quality Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
  • 2+ years' experience in Power Platforms to include a combination of Power Apps, Power Automate and PowerBI.
  • 2+ years' experience in data analysis.
  • Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Norfolk, VA.
  • Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Active Public Trust clearance.
  • Microsoft Certified Power Platform certifcations preferred.
