Job description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to build, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to design scalable solutions that support our Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing functions. This is a hands-on development role with influence over technical direction and platform governance. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Lead architecture and design reviews, ensuring are designed to follow best practices for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
- Build and manage Marketing Cloud assets, including email templates, Journey Builder automations, and data extensions.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
- Document technical configurations, development standards, and solutions to support knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, release management, and platform governance.
- Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to deliver Salesforce solutions aligned to the enterprise roadmap.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

Strong business acumen with the ability to align Salesforce solutions to business priorities and deliver measurable value across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.

Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative Salesforce configuration.

Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules), and platform limits.

Experience with Marketing Cloud tools including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and data extensions.

Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), or ETL tools.
