- Provide subject matter expertise around public cloud and enterprise technology and effectively promote Google Cloud with customers, at conferences, and online.
- Support account managers and sales engineering teams as needed through all phases of new customer engagement.
- Work with the team to create and deliver best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog posts, sample code, and presentations as part of the Global GTM sales plays.
- Provide customer and market feedback to product and engineering teams to help shape product direction.

Requirements
Experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain., * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
- 3 years of people management experience.
- Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
- Experience with producing technical assets or writing technical documentation.
- Industry expertise in at least one of the prioritized industries (e.g. Retail, Manufacturing, etc) with the ability to lead technical teams across all industries., * MS degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, OR equivalent work experience in a software/systems engineering or lead position.
- Expertise in at least one or more of the Google Product areas and the ability to manage technical resources across all areas.
- Understanding of the current state of machine learning, cloud migrations, continuous integration/deployment, SQL/NoSQL, security, networking, and cloud-based delivery models.
Benefits & conditions
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $234,000-$325,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
