Job description
We're hiring! CAI is adding to our team and we are looking for a .NET Developer. This is a full-time salaried position supporting a large, on-going Pennsylvania State Government initiative. In this role you will be, We are looking for a .NET Developer to work as part of a software maintenance team to maintain solutions based on client requirements . This position will be full-time and remote.
What You'll Do
- Work as part of a software maintenance team to maintain solutions based on client requirements
- Participate in application requirements and design review meeting
- Maintain solution modules
- Execute testing workflows on code and record findings
- Attend project status meetings as required
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Geography, GIS, Engineering, Math, Management Information Systems or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience developing web applications within enterprise architectures required
- Actual development experience with JavaScript - Angular and/or TypeScript
- ArcGIS APIs and ESRI web application builder framework and SDK
- Experience with REST and SOAP services
- Experience with Python and ESRI's Python library
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Must be able to manage tasks and timelines effectively
Preferred
- Actual development experience with .NET (C# and VB.NET)
- Experience working with relational database management systems
- Familiarity with SQL required, Oracle experience
- Experience with ArcGIS Server
Physical Demands
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
Benefits & conditions
$75,000 - $85,000 per year
The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
